Sonja Max

Sonja Max

I’m Sonja Max, registered dietitian and nutritionist. I offer nutritional counseling and medical nutrition therapy from the perspective that whole, unprocessed foods combined with a healthy spirit and active lifestyle are key components of a disease-free and pain-free life. I work with clients managing chronic diseases, weight issues, gastrointestinal discomfort, food allergies, emotional eating disorders, autoimmune disease and many other food-related ailments. I also work with healthy individuals who wish to perform at a higher level, or who are seeking to prevent disease later in life.

Food can be a very personal and emotional topic. Great care and understanding accompany the relationship between nutritionist and client. I strive to meet my clients where they are at, as well as challenge them to achieve results they might not otherwise tackle on their own. Expect a fully nourished mind and body!
