Mikayla Douglas graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Kinesiology. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer as well as a certified Spin and Group Ex instructor.
Mikayla’s love for fitness began at a young At Puyallup High School she was a hurdler all four years as well as her freshman year at WWU. Mikayla has a passion for indoor cycling, high intensity interval training, cardiovascular exercise, Olympic lifting, and competitive sports.
As a trainer, Mikayla’s goal is to find fun and effective ways to get clients moving. Philosophically Mikayla feels that fitness is for every BODY. She knows that everyone can find the right type of exercise and she would love to be the person to help you discover what that is. Exercise should be fun and uplifting, after all it is one of the best ways to relieve stress! She believes that fitness is absolutely necessary to live a happy and healthy life.
