Another option besides personal training is a small group training class such as Weights for Women. These classes take you throughout the weight room in a small group setting. Because the groups are small and you are working with a trainer you have the proper guidance in doing the resistance exercise that works best for you. Weights for Women takes place at the Cordata Club on Monday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 and Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 4:30 PM. The cost is $9 a class or 8 classes for $64.
