Personal Training Overview Gravity Weights for Women Get the benefits of a personal training session in a dynamic group atmosphere! Our Weights for Women program runs throughout the year. Sessions are two days per week for 75 minutes. For more information and start dates, please contact the front desk. See Flier. $64/Month Member Tacfit Tacfit is an intense 30 minute functional training class. It is a circuit based class that has varying levels of intensity to meet the needs of almost all levels of fitness. All exercises are chosen and arranged in such a way to improve body awareness, joint mobility, cardiovascular endurance, and strength. Classes take place in Studio B Downtown: $6/per class Member CBfit Would you like to…… feel and move better, be stronger and achieve maximum success with minimal time? CBFit incorporates a joint mobility (Intu-Flow) and yoga (Prasara) with a total body Clubbell strengthening and shaping routine. Clubbells are a unique resistance training tool, they most closely resemble a smaller version of a baseball bat, only that they are weighted from 5 lbs up to 45 lbs. This 60 minute program mobilizes the joints of the body from head to toe then transitions into strengthening and toning then finishes with a rejuvenating yoga session. CBFit is a small group training program* Athletix A results based conditioning program, conducted indoors & outdoors, utilizing military style format coupled with the most progressive, innovative, & creative exercises in fitness. Workouts include cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training & more. If you think you need a kick start, this class is for you!!! 6:00am $80/Month Members Survival of the Fittest Survival of the Fittest is a 6-week progam of 60-minute of "High Intensity" work, three times per week. Partiicpants will be assessed for finess prior to and after the 6-week program concludes. Classes begin periodically. Call for next start date. Member $100 Biggest Winner The Biggest Winner is a intensive 6-week weight loss contest. Each week, participants are weighted in by a personal trainer. They monitor their calorie intake daily, and paricipate in 3 30 minute personal trainer lead classes. Cash prizes are awarded for the top five finishers! Contest begin periodically. Call for next start date. Members $125 Restore Recpuperate, Rejuvenate, and RESTORE! Muscle tightness and joint stiffness cannot only be byproducts of everyday life but our exercise regimen as well. Let’s face it flexibility and recovery type exercise is not one many of us put a lot of time and effort into until we develop a problem.
